Pay After Visa
Pay After Visa Service (PAVS) was created in response to the growing number of complaints from vulnerable Nigerians who have endured frustrating and often exploitative experiences while trying to obtain travel visas. With the alarming rise in visa procurement fraud and unprofessional agents, PAVS offers a trustworthy alternative, ensuring clients only pay after their visa is successfully issued.
We fully acknowledge that the final decision on any visa application rests with the visa officers at embassies and high commissions. However, this should never serve as an excuse for agents to provide poor guidance or incomplete documentation.
At Jaswin Concept, we are committed to transparency, professionalism, and ethical service delivery, offering honest advisory support and meticulous documentation to give every client the best possible chance of success.
The Process/Conditions
- The Country and Visa type is selected by the visa applicant, subject to Jaswin’s advice.
- The Service Cost and processing duration is agreed upon in a signed agreement.
- A joint bank account is opened for Jaswin staffer and the visa applicant
- The Agreed Service Cost(amount) is paid into the opened joint bank account
- Both parties (Jaswin Staffer + Visa Applicant) goes back to the bank under the following conditions:
a. The visa application result is out.
b. The agreed processing duration is due
- If the visa is approved , both parties sign for the bank to transfer the deposited fund to Jaswin Concept
- If the visa is refused, both parties sign for the bank to transfer the deposited fund to the visa applicant (the client)
- Note that if there is an unforeseen event such as War, Riot, Strike, Pandemic, earthquakes, floods, Government or Embassy actions, no party should be held liable for such unforeseen event(s).
- Note also that the consequence of cancellation at any point will be as follows:
a. If the visa applicant cancels the transaction, 70% of the deposited amount will go to Jaswin Concept.
b. If Jaswin Concept cancels the transaction, the entire deposit will go to the visa applicant in addition to a 10% of the deposited amount which will be paid by Jaswin Concept (the visa Consultant)
- In most cases, the international visa consultant will want his service (for work permit, business invitation, school admission, medical approval, etc) to be paid before the embassy processing is commenced. In such case the agreed service cost will be divided accordingly and the first part placed in a joint bank account. This first part will be released to the international visa consultant when his service is completed and verified.
